What is a general contractor?
A general contractor designs and delivers an entire fit-out project under a single responsibility. Rather than coordinating the architect, the engineering office and the trade contractors yourself, you have one point of contact, from the first drawing to handover.
How does the design-and-build approach work?
Designing and building are not two separate stages but one single movement. The same team thinks the project through and delivers it, which keeps the finished result consistent with the original intention.
Do you keep to the quoted schedule and budget?
That is the heart of our commitment. Costs are established upstream by our engineering office and the schedule is run by one person. A clear contract covers both the deadlines and the budget.
Do you work outside the Occitanie region?
Yes. We are based in Mauguio, but we work all over France, particularly for brands rolling out several sites. Our dedicated logistics are built for multi-site work.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the floor area and the complexity. After a first conversation, we set out a realistic schedule during the design phase — which is precisely the point of studying everything upfront.
Do you work in occupied premises?
Yes, it is common with offices. We phase the works, often outside business hours, to keep disruption to a minimum.
Can we visit your showroom?
With pleasure. Our 1,000 sq m showroom in Mauguio brings together a design studio, a café and a gallery. It is the best place to understand how we work.
