Commitment is finally decided on the site itself, in the attention paid to the safety and wellbeing of the people doing the building. A place is judged not only on its finished image, but also on how it was built.

Economy
Championing craftspeople from the Montpellier area, favouring second-hand furniture and the circular economy, and cutting our footprint through local sourcing — more than 62% of our purchasing is made in France.
Social
Supporting local sports clubs, including Montpellier Handball, training 100% of our teams in ergonomics, and upholding gender balance, the employment of disabled workers and local recruitment.
Environment
A 100% hybrid vehicle fleet with our partner OLIZ, optimised logistics with 25% more volume per skip, and healthier materials, with 10% fewer volatile organic compounds.
